About AxiomVerve
Rigor and spark, in equal measure
AxiomVerve Consulting Ltd. is a boutique consultancy serving organisations across strategy, change and leadership.
Our story
Built on three decades in the boardroom
AxiomVerve was founded in 2025 by Dr. Michael Asiedu-Antwi, after 28 years at PwC Ghana, 19 of them as an Assurance Partner. Having spent his career advising boards and leadership teams across West and East Africa, he set up AxiomVerve to offer leaders independent, senior support in strategy, change and leadership.
Our name is how we work. Leaders need both: analysis rigorous enough to trust, and the drive to carry it through.
Axiom
The truth, tested by evidence, that grounds sound strategy, lasting change, and trusted leadership.
Verve
The energy that turns strategy into action, change into habit, and leadership into lasting impact.
Our mission
AxiomVerve exists to give leaders the clarity to know what’s true and the energy to act on it — through rigorous strategy, disciplined change, and leadership that lasts.
Our vision
To be the firm leaders turn to when the stakes are real — known equally for the rigor of our thinking and the spark that turns insight into action, so that clarity never stops short of conviction.
Grounded in Axiom. Driven by Verve.
Two of our values are rooted in Axiom, two in Verve.
Axiom
Honesty
We tell clients the truth, not the comfortable version of it.
Rigor
We ground every recommendation in evidence, not in templates.
Verve
Boldness
We turn every insight into action, not commentary.
Commitment
We show up fully invested in the work, as partners, not observers.

Dr. Michael Asiedu-Antwi founded AxiomVerve Consulting in 2025 after 28 years at PwC Ghana, 19 of them as an Assurance Partner. He leads AxiomVerve’s client work personally, bringing three decades of boardroom experience to strategy, change and leadership engagements.
At PwC, he led the firm’s Ghana assurance practice as Country Assurance Leader from 2014 to 2022, with responsibility for audit quality, risk management and professional standards.
