Rooted like the olive tree
OLIVE is a structured, human-centred coaching methodology developed by our founder, Dr. Michael Asiedu-Antwi. It takes its name from the olive tree, an ancient symbol of wisdom, peace, resilience and enduring strength. Like the olive tree, great leaders are shaped by time, pressure and careful tending, and they produce fruit that nourishes others.

Dr. Michael Asiedu-Antwi

Dr. Michael Asiedu-Antwi is the Founder and CEO of AxiomVerve Consulting. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, with a PhD in Organisation and Management, and a Certified Executive Coach, he spent 28 years at PwC Ghana, including eight years leading its assurance practice and eight years on the PwC Africa Governance Board. He created the OLIVE framework behind AxiomVerve’s coaching programmes, and personally leads the firm’s client work.
